Ron and the rest of team are just awesome people and they were up front and honest with everything. I bought my 2018 diesel from them and everything promised was fulfilled and more they went above and beyond and did a few extras as a surprise requested from my wife to Ron. Absolutely 5STARS I’ve never been satisfied from past vehicle purchases like I was with Gaylord and their team!! ???? Definitely will go back for any other purchases!

I had been searching for a van for three and a half months. I went to small dealerships, I also went to two large name dealerships. I inquired all over town and to be honest, I was fed up with the modern dealership and salesman. I couldn’t get straight answers, approved for vehicles the dealerships did not even have. Some approved and the vans were not even repaired . I lost all hope and a fun experience quickly turned into a nightmare. I cannot day enough good things about Gaylord Automotive / Leasing. I found a van I had Dreamt about for the last number of months. I reached out to Gaylord via auto trader and was contacted within literally, two minutes. I felt a bond with a few salesman right away. I picked up my van the next morning and it had brand new tires and a new windshield they mentioned they’ would install prior to my visit. My test drive route consisted of , “enjoy your afternoon, take all the time you want.” I felt I was in a safe and sound vehicle right off the bat. One I could trust by their eagerness to let me go roam. I love my van and I completely loved my experience with Gaylord all the way through. I’ve bought plenty of cars in my lifetime. None have been more exciting and pleasant. Go check them out. They really did right by me.

I bought a 2014 F 150, best deal I could find after considerable looking. After I got home there was an unexpected problem that came up. This truck was sold as is ,as most used vehicles are. Ron and the owners and staff came thru and made things right. I'd give more stars if I could.

The best car buying experience of my life. Steve Borghi was professional in every aspect of the deal. I never felt any pressure to buy. We communicated by email for several days before I decided to purchase my car. He did everything possible to make it a smooth transition. I am totally satisfied with my Grand Cherokee Summit. Definitely would rate more than five stars if available!!!! Ron was nothing short of excellent through every part of the process! I drove 3 hours to see the truck I bought but would not hesitate to drive another 3 hours! Everything over exceeded my expectations! I would recommend this place to anybody!
